Adam Snider is the Founder and CEO of Leading Sales Results, a consultancy that helps trades companies professionalize their sales process and build teams that perform.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience across software, logistics, chemicals, and mechanical equipment, Adam has built and led high-performing sales teams, developed revenue-driving strategies, and seen firsthand what separates consistent performers from the rest.
His own path, from anxious cold caller to seasoned sales leader, shapes everything he teaches. That journey led to the creation of the A.R.I.A.
